Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Costello and Johnson: Page 35, lines 29 - 30: Delete "secs. 1 and 19 - 24" Insert "secs. 1 and 17 - 27" Page 35, line 30: Delete "secs. 1 and 17 - 22" Insert "secs. 1 and 17 - 27" Representative Costello moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Doogan objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 23(RLS) am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
